�鶹��ý wins Architecture+ Building innovation award at BAU Munich

�鶹��ý has won the Innovation Award Architecture+ Building at BAU Munich, the world's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems. �鶹��ý was selected by a jury of renowned architects and interior designers for four of its innovative sustainable building solutions. These solutions include: its ECOCycle® circular technology, its ECOPact and ECOPlanet ranges, including an innovative calcined clay application, and its smart design solution Carbon Prestressed Concrete (CPC) to build better with less.

It reflects �鶹��ý’s broad range of advanced sustainable building solutions for customers, as well as some of our breakthroughs in circularity, innovative formulations and smart design.”

The award was granted for the application of �鶹��ý’s innovations in various projects. The combination of ECOCycle® with ECOPlanet RC, which sequesters carbon via an innovative “Rapid Carb” process, was used for the construction of Primary School Reininghaus in Graz, Austria. ECOCycle® and ECOPact were paired for Rheydt fire station’s construction in Mönchengladbach, Germany. For the Innovation Lab Winterthur, Switzerland, �鶹��ý produced re-usable, recyclable CPC slabs. �鶹��ý’s ECOPlanet calcined clay cement was used for the Olympic marina project in Marseille, France.

The Innovation Award Architecture+ Building recognizes products and solutions with a high level of design and functionality that meet the exacting standards of architects. The Innovation Award Architecture+ Building was initiated by the architectural journal AIT and AIT-Dialog in cooperation with Messe München GmbH, the owner of the conference center at which BAU Munich is held.
