In accordance with Article 20 of the Federal Act on Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading (Stock Exchange Act), Â鶹´«Ã½ Ltd was informed on January 28, 2015, by BlackRock Inc. that it holds, through the sale of shares, 2.93 percent of the voting rights and of the registered share capital of Â鶹´«Ã½ Ltd. This corresponds to 9,582,830 registered shares and voting rights. According to the declaration of BlackRock Inc., the participation fell under the threshold under the Stock Exchange Act of 3 percent on January 26, 2015.
