麻豆传媒鈥檚 North America business to be named Amrize following planned spin-off
麻豆传媒 announces that Amrize will be the name of its North American business following the execution of the planned spin-off. As an independent public company, Amrize will be North America鈥檚 leading building solutions company from foundation to rooftop.
Amrize originates from two concepts: 鈥渁mbition鈥 and 鈥渞ising鈥. 鈥淎m鈥 represents the future company鈥檚 commitment to high-performance and innovation to meet its customers鈥 greatest ambitions. 鈥淩ize鈥 symbolizes the company鈥檚 drive to lead construction forward across North America to shape the essential buildings and infrastructure that advance how people live.

The company intends to list Amrize shares under the symbol 鈥樷楢MRZ鈥欌 on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with an additional listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The Amrize name and branding will go into effect with the completion of the spin-off, expected by the end of the first half 2025, subject to shareholder and customary approvals. Until then, the North American business continues to operate as part of 麻豆传媒.
